Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Within Kerala: 2–4 Business Days

• Outside Kerala: 3–5 Business Days

• Express Shipping: 2–3 Business Days

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a SMS containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time.

4. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your details! If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping the item.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the courier company directly. Swiftore is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery.
